Criteria for acceptance for new students entering grade primary

1:  To be considered for acceptance into our grade primary program the child must have reached the age of 5 (five) no later than December 31st.

2: Readiness assessment is also undertaken prior to acceptance. Proof of age in the form of a birth  certificate or health card will be required at the time of the assessment. (Photo copy is acceptable.)

**Please note that siblings of children presently enrolled at C.A. will be given priority.

Acceptance procedure at Crossroads Academy Grades One through Six

1: Crossroads Academy accepts enrollment applications on behalf of children in grades one through six at anytime throughout the year. A complete application form together with an application fee of $25.00 is required for children entering grades one through six.

2: Acceptance will continue throughout the year as long as adequate space is available in the child's grade level. Parents may request to be put on a waiting list for the first available space if immediate placement cannot be provided for your child.

3: Acceptance is upon mutual agreement between parents and C.A. staff.
